By creating a SimpliServe account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not use SimpliServe to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, to impersonate another person or business, or to attempt to disrupt the service for other customers.
You retain ownership of the documents, business details, and conversation data you bring to SimpliServe. You grant us the licence needed to process that content in order to operate your AI agent.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and grant a credit allowance for the billing cycle. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current cycle ends.
We work to keep SimpliServe available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
